All future plastic by law must include magnetic particles so that plastic collecting techniques are more efficient at trash collecting while protecting wildlife through allowing less intrusive on more compacted collection methods (larger net holes so fish can swim through would be possible). The government's could easily enforce and test for this. Ban all imports of plastic containers from countries that havent enacted this law.
